"I have had this insurance for a long time. Sudddenly I received a check in the mail for the premium. I called and was told that my policy had been cancelled because I did not pay the premium.. Of course I paid the premium at the time it was due. I was told that another letter was sent that said I owed an additional amount. I never received the letter... so Now I had to reappy and pay substantially more than I had paid at the time of the annual renewal.. this is the last year I will use this company"
