Policy at a glance*
Reimbursement for medical expenses or personal property damage incurred by an insured faculty member or student victim of an assault at an insured location up to $1,000 per incident, up to $25,000 annual aggregate. (Not available in Texas).
Reimbursement of up to $10,000 annual aggregate for lost wages and other covered expenses incurred by the insured when required to attend a trial, hearing or proceeding related to a covered claim.
Costs which result from the investigation and defense of a claim are provided in addition to the limits of liability, whether your case is won or lost.
Up to $1,000,000 each claim/up to $5,000,000 annual aggregate

Higher limits of up to $2,000,000 each claim/up to $5,000,000 annual aggregate are available for qualified and eligible insureds

Reimbursement of up to $1,000 per incident, up to $10,000 annual aggregate, for attorney fees incurred in an investigation before the insured School grievance committee or academic disciplinary board.

Medical Payments – Up to $2,000 per person, up to $100,000 aggregate  

Damage to Property of Others – Up to $250 per incident, up to $10,000 annual aggregate for accidental damage to the property of others caused by an insured faculty member or student while providing services within the curruculum at an insured location.  

Deposition Representation – Up to $1,000 per deposition, up to $5,000 aggregate 

First Aid Expenses – Up to $500 per incident, up to $25,000 aggregate
