"Trouble opening the "forms" to which I was required to agree, in order to process the application. I was not able to scroll past the initial visibility on my screen for the Compensation and Disclosure statement, which means I was not able to read everything I checked the box to agree. Additionally, I am lucky to be working on a tablet which allowed for the screen to shift 90 degrees, in order to access all of the payment type entry box. Essentially, the platform has some glitching. I will be requesting a full copy of the Compensation and Disclosure statement as it is uncomfortable, to say the least, in ignorance of the entirety of what I agreed to."

When I finally reached a service representative, the initial representative was unintelligible, the second one I reached was some rude: I didn't feel she genuinely cared about my concerns but seemed put off.
