"The HPSO website application or renewal options ask the same questions a second time after answering and submitting on each page. Was then told I need to contact by phone to renew. Called and the automated system approved my renewal and transferred me for payment collection. Was told employees were "in a meeting" and hung up on. Called again and asked for "LIVE" customer service and was told I need to reapply and go back to applying coverage back on website, not by phone. Absolute circle waste of time. IF this coverage was not required by my employer, I would not renew. Is this the type of performance and we can expect by HPSO? Handing and execution of account management is questionable and not confidence building."
