"JUST RENEWING MY POLICY. THE PRICE IS GOOD, BUT I DON'T KNOW WHY THE AMOUNT I PAY FOR THE SAME AMOUNT OF LIABILITY HAS GONE UP, UNLESS OF COURSE IT IS THE INCREASE IN LITIGATION AND/OR ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS."

"I tried on chrome and got logged in but wouldn't do anything when I tried to click the policy for renewal. It just turned my screen more grey and didn't do anything. Opened Edge and took me to a page where I needed acct #. Went to look that up and found a link in an email and then had to click through a lot of pages to get confirm and confirm terms and things. My auto and home insurance are much more streamlined and links work."
