"the website says you can check what payment option (ie. credit card number) you have on file for autopay without having to login, but when I followed the prompts it asked me to login. I filled out the login and password, and then it said it was sending a verification code to my email -- which I did not get. The verification code email was not to be found in either the inbox or spam folder"
