"Disappointed that you contacted me to say my payment did not go through---there were sufficient funds there but for some reason I was forced to choose another form of payment. An inconvenience since I set this up as a autopay, doubled checked my account and funds were there, but still had to manually choose another card to pay with no explanation as to why it didn't go through? Maybe next time will be better??"
