"I called this morning at 10:39 and was on hold forever. I finally gave up holding and left my name and number. I did not receive a call back, so I decided to try to call again at3:15 pm. After a little difficulty finding my policy, I was able to get the information I needed. As with every company these days the customer is responsible for more and more and the price of everything keeps going up and up. "

"Why can’t I just log in to my account and see my policy laid out and then renew it? It used to be user friendly and I could see everything about my policy before agreeing to pay. The person who helped me was obviously exasperated by my confusion and questions. I did not feel comfortable continuing to clarify. "

"I recieve a bill for $209 but when I went to pay the bill it was increased to $217 for administration fees. I did not appreciate the increase without notice. Also when I went to call your company was sent in circles before I finally got a person and she could not help me to pay the bill. Frustrating."
