"I have spent the ENTIRE MONTH OF AUGUST trying to get a hold of someone in your support organization to assist me in resetting my password to my online account. Your automated reset system does not work. I NEVER RECEIVED the email reset password message that you insist on sending me even though I have checked every god forsaken folder on my email account. IT NEVER CAME after numerous attempts over weeks of trying. So, Then I spent a total of 3 HOURS on hold with your so-called support # on 4 different attempts to get someone to assist me. you Also NEVER RESPONDED to my numerous Voice mails I left on that worthless system. All I wanted to check was the Credit Card I have on file is current as an autopay was supposed to occur shortly. Since I was completely blocked in my every attempt to do that I now send you the payment manually. GET A CLUE PEOPLE. THIS IS NOT CUSOTNEF SERVICE!!!!!!!"
