Then I was told that my date of approval would be honored and when I went to submit the payment, it was only as of payment date. I was told that I could not, in fact, receive coverage as of approval date, only payment date. I am extremely dissatisfied. Form will not open on cell phone and I was on vacation, without access to a computer. "
