Tedious amount of work to get a policy
"I wanted to change the start date of my policy to which I was advised to cancel my policy and sign up for another one. I did this but I had to wait for a few days to be approved. After waiting to be approved I was unable to process the payment with the exact same credit card as I paid before. It simply would not process and gave me an error. I called several times to no avail or help. It finally processed' after days. "
