innexpensive, mostly efficient, flow could be clearer
"I'd turned off auto-pay for a while. Renewing therefor required re-application. I just wish there was a better explanation about this with a link to the application in such a circumstance. Would have avoided a customer service call to figure it out. Otherwise- solid, good process to get liability insurance. "

upsell is unfair and predatory
"when trying to renew - I was asked if I am full Tim for part time and when I accidentally hit part time, my quote doubled (fine) but there was no way for me to go back and fix it. I now have a policy I don't need and am out A$200. "
