Premium Increase with No Notification
"My premium increased more than $50 from 2025 to 2026. No notification, no explanation, no insight available from the customer service rep. Just "too bad, this is the new premium, take it or leave it." The only reason I found out before my card was charged is that I went to the HPSO website myself and checked on it. "
