"We pay for several providers with your insurance and are unable to make everyone an account and I can not change information or email addresses to update information. Very difficult."

"I was set to have auto payment annually but needed to renew earlier than the 8/29 date so I deactivated the auto pay. The site did not appear to have a way to manually pay it without logging out of my actual account and paying by listing my policy number. It doesn't flow well or make sense with "see my quote" or something like that when trying to pay. Even this form is annoying.. my password is required which normally is auto generated. I have to leave this form to find it....... Hold on......"

"Found it nearly impossible to reset password. Reset password request resulted in no link being emailed to my address on file. After two phone calls to tier one customer service on two separate occasions still no email with password reset. Eventually got through to a tier 2 representative that provided me with assistance and guidance. Still baffling how it is so difficult to access or reset a password for my HPSO account which I've had now for years with no such problems."
