I thought I could get refund for that period of time. The representative suggested that I canceled my current policy (Policy No.: ***-***-****) and apply for a new one starting now. Which I did and this is why I am doing this current process of new application. However, this did not solve my issue that I paid from April 2024 to July 2025 while I did not even work.
