"Card payment was denied because payment kept processing through old card on file, even though I was typing in a new updated card to make this purchase. After having difficulty with the online payment program, I called the 800 number for assistance processing my payment and deleting the old credit card on file. I ended my call after I was not helped over the phone after waiting on hold for 35 minutes to speak with costumer service. Thankfully I had another credit card I was able to charge, and it did process my payment. Not a great online payment system. Very unhelpful."

"Tried to update my name and if you hit the back button it takes you to 7/11 ??!!. Also joined ACA to get your discount but it was not applied at checkout. Used to have your ins. but doesnt show my old account ot previous info- yet I have the old cert. to prove it. "
