When I used the "Forgot My Password" option, no emails for password resetting were sent, and I checked Spam, as well. If I'm going to spend almost 500 dollars on liability insurance, attempting to make what should otherwise be a simple and quick payment should not take me more than 30 minutes. "

"I did not get a chance to view my contract before renewing it. I may not continue services without better transparency of my contract before signing off and because of the continual significant increase of annual premium dues AND membership fee. It seems unreasonable to me to do both."
