"I was on the phone for 1 hour and 4 minutes before someone from HPSO provided me with service. When the supervisor came on the phone, she apologized for the wait time and said that Brittany, the service agent, was looking at someone else's account. I told Brittany multiple times that I had not let my policy lapse. Making the payment was easy, but it was difficult getting to this point."
