Technical Issues and Policy not shown in deatil
"The website kept crashing and there was a new fee on my policy. When I tried to review the details in the policy it would not let me. I have used HPSO for many years and I have never had an issue. I am hoping this is remedy quickly."

not easy to renew
"I signed in and there was no way to easily get to renew the policy. I had to search my email for the message from HSPO to find the one with the renewal, and then find the correct link imbedded into the email."
