"I have experience providing therapeutic and behavioral support to individuals with mental health and behavioral needs. In my role as a Therapeutic Support Specialist, I provide direct support, supervision, and therapeutic interventions while helping clients develop coping skills, improve communication, manage behaviors, and work toward their individual goals. I use active listening, empathy, patience, and trauma-informed approaches to build trust and establish positive relationships with the individuals I serve. I also collaborate with nurses, physicians, social workers, and other professionals to provide coordinated, person-centered care. In addition, I am currently in my clinicals in social work, which has allowed me to further develop my counseling, assessment, documentation, crisis intervention, and therapeutic communication skills. My combined hands-on experience and social work training have strengthened my ability to support clients while maintaining professionalism, boundaries, safety, and respect for their individual needs."

"Let's face it, nobody likes to buy insurance; our brains are too wired toward immediate gratification. To many, it simply feels like more money out of the pocket. That said, it is a necessary expense. I'll say the website certainly made starting a plan fairly easy! Furthermore, its reasonably priced from my perspective though I don't quite understand how frequent a malpractice case occurs within my journey. Anyways, overall 4/5. Very good rating for insurance in my humble opinion!"
