"Had a HORRIBLE time getting renewed via my cell. The mobile site doesn't show you the format how to enter your policy number correctly. The code verification via email is ridiculous. I had to back out of the site every time to retrieve it only to have it tell me there was an OTP error or the number was invalid. This should be able to be texted or through an authenticator app. To finally get my renewal done and processed I had to log on the site via my desktop. Worst experience ever!"
