Terrible Online Set up
"It took me over 10 minutes just to find a way to upgrade my current policy. That is not efficient for anyone. It was also not convenient to not have your hours posted below your phone number. When I tried to call for help, I was told it was after hours. How was I supposed to know that if the hours were not posted?"
