Quick and simple
"I have renewed my policy for another year with HPSO. It was smooth and easy . I added additional coverage for consulting services since I am looking to set up my own pharmacy consulting practice. After 20 years in retail I have learned that some extra coverage ( $25) is always worth the cost. "

Automatic renewal?
"I have been set up for automatic renewal. This never seems to work. I am spammed with all sorts of offers from your company except for critical updates around renewal. Please improve."

did not show what you were paying for before you purchased it.
"Required me to purchase the renewal with out being able to see the policy or ensure that it was MY policy before paying the $144.00. YOU NEED TO CHANGE THE SET UP of this renewal process. Wo asks to purchase something before you see the item you are purchasing?? That is terrible!! I have used your service for years and this was the worst renewal process ever. . The phone system was awful too. I may have to change my servicer for next year. "
