Can the date of birth just be fillable instead of a drop down menu that you have to swipe back month by month to enter your birthday? Any professional is at least 20 years old...imagine being older and swiping back 30, 40, 50, 60 years one month at a time to be able to click on your birthday. That was the most frustrating part at the end of the application, to which was otherwise a very positive experience, with both the website and customer service. "
