Access dificulties
"Web site changed several times making access confusing. Lost password and reset links were horribly slow, as in several days to obtain with very short useable time before they were inactive- as in a couple of hours. Been trying for several months to access my account but all I can access is billing. Renewed only because I need coverage and don't have time to argue."
