"Your site would not let me review my policy. It just told me the amount due and how to pay for it. I would have liked to review it and make possible changes if necessary before making payment. "

"While I accidentally filled out the form for a business by following a Google link, I was able to just reopen the website and try again, though it would simplify things if it allowed you to edit the entire quote instead of just certain parts. Being able to edit the entire quote would allow people to fix mistakes without having to re-enter all the information. Otherwise, the process was quick, simple, and relatively painless with the payment plans that can allow folks to pay what they can afford instead of everything up front. Hopefully, I never have to use my insurance for anything, but should I need to, I'll return to review that process. "
