Adding the life coach has been a challenge, spoke to someone on line very nice lady, gave me a quote of 174.00 to cover both, then when I went on line and did it myself got a quote of just under 400.00. so I have selected just take the insurance for pharmacy at this point. also got a quote in the email for 91.00 for pharmacy, and then when did it on line got a quote of 118.00.
