"At first, I was transferred all over in the CNA network. It was very frustrating! I talked to Stephen, AL, Kape, & Valerie. They kept transferring me. They did not help me. Stephen said he cancelled my policy but the other employees said they did not see it cancelled. Valerie told me I had to talk with some one to cancel my policy and then go on line and start a new policy. Finally, Katy helped me and Jelo helped me cancelled my policy and helped me get a new policy. They were nice and kind and very Professional. "
