"It should not take me a long time to find my renewal. The link that was provided to update my payment did not have a way for me to get to make a payment. The menu options are very limited. Access to pay any bill or policy should not be as difficult. Paying in a policy should have access to the payment, not the payment method shouls be everywhere."
