Renewal process
"No notifications were received to inform me that my renewal was coming up. When the payment method was declined, no notification was sent by HPSO to inform me of such--my payment source notified me, but it did not specify that the payment attempt was through HPSO. It took a day or so for me to investigate the charge and figure out this is the company that I needed to pay due to the declined payment. Finally, the renewal process should be able to be carried out when logged into my account--not with me having to log out, go to a separate website, then click renew, then type my contract number, then put in my payment method, etc... too many steps."
