"My policy was cancelled and I was told to update info but the info was accurate. I emailed and called to get someone to help me figure out what was going on but no one was helpful. Lynette emailed but only after it was cancelled and I had to renew. I’m displeased with the lack of support and refusal to respond/answer questions. Would not recommend based on this experience. "
