"I felt frustrated working through the automated system when I wanted to speak with a service representative b/c I had questions about the policy and amount due. When I finally reached a service representative, the initial representative was unintelligible, the second one I reached was some rude: I didn't feel she genuinely cared about my concerns but seemed put off. "
