"I don't like that I can't find a renewal option when I check my account online. It appears the only option is to link from the email which appears to be sent from HPSO. The problem is that with all the scams running wild these days it's very hard to know if an email is legitimate or not. PLEASE update your website to allow for renewal directly from the dashboard or billing section or something. Thank you."
