When the payment method was declined, no notification was sent by HPSO to inform me of such--my payment source notified me, but it did not specify that the payment attempt was through HPSO. It took a day or so for me to investigate the charge and figure out this is the company that I needed to pay due to the declined payment. Finally, the renewal process should be able to be carried out when logged into my account--not with me having to log out, go to a separate website, then click renew, then type my contract number, then put in my payment method, etc... too many steps."
