I contacted HPSO and received written confirmation that my policy would be automatically renewed and paid. That didn't happen. Your system put me at risk for a week. I am very unhappy with your organization. This is the email I received that all would be automatically renewed. Upon review of your account, we can confirm you are enrolled in our autopay feature and your card on file is a Visa ending in 1460.
