Easy, but can you WAIT to ask about buy experience until I've had one?
"Really - this is a trend now, but it id an annoying one. I have not yet received my certified of insurance, and I MUST have it - yet you want to know about my total experience. I have not yet HAD a total experience because I do not yet know whether you will adequately and efficiently fulfill this part of your obligation to me. Can you not delay your gratification until the transaction is complete? Then I will tell you my impression. BTW, I am not obliged to work for you for free to up your marketing coverage and increase your data numbers. BooHiss. Not impressed with that."

Card Payment Denied
"Card payment was denied because payment kept processing through old card on file, even though I was typing in a new updated card to make this purchase. After having difficulty with the online payment program, I called the 800 number for assistance processing my payment and deleting the old credit card on file. I ended my call after I was not helped over the phone after waiting on hold for 35 minutes to speak with costumer service. Thankfully I had another credit card I was able to charge, and it did process my payment. Not a great online payment system. Very unhelpful."
