"It was very difficult getting thru to CHPSO. It took several calls over numerous days to change my coverage from my business policy back to an individual policy. When I did leave a message I never received a call back. Once I finally reached a live person I was informed that my business policy had been cancelled, but my individual policy had not been issued yet. When I did leave messages I said that I was not renewing but expected coverage thru my renewal date. Today I was able to obtain my new individual policy."
