Quick and Thorough
"I was notified that renewal was needed, and was able to click on a button that took me straight to renewal process. I was provided with additional options to add to my policy as well as contact options with an advisor either via email or phone. Process was simple, accessible and user-friendly. "

Policy Renewal
"You IVR system is not user friend. I called the number and requested to speak with a representative and was constantly routed to payments, then when I entered my policy number several times, nothing happened."

"The rates have only increased occasionally as the company & economy mandates, but the rates now are less than $100 more than I was first insured starting in 2014. And I received the coverage that I need."

Underwhelming
"It took me two days to get to a live person to discuss my work policy. The website would only allow me to renew my policy and nothing else. I was unable to check on info regarding the policy to see if I could step down from fulltime to parttime. I think the website should allow people to obtain more information if they are not going to allow automated system to send people to a live person."
