**** on the phone!!!
"I was attempting to purchase insurance for my daughters EMT class. I was working thru the website on my phone. I was booted out of the website. When I attempted to get the quote again, it said she wouldn't be covered, there was a 404 Error on ever page. When I attempted to navigate back thru the page to get some help, i would get kicked out. I eventually had to do it on my laptop, but it should have been just as easy on my phone. We're all settled now."
