"There was no easy way to renew early. Also, the website would not let me cancel my autorenewal policy in an easy to do way. It said my policy would renew in 7 days; then when I inquired about renewing earlier I got an email saying it was rewewing in 1 month. Very confusing. "

worried yet was easy to use
"I prefer to pay on a website using my account username and password due to i didn't have my policy info yet other way i do not have access now anyway due to not recalling my password. it will not let me reset"
