"Couldn't find my policy, couldn't get the website to send it to my email address, was told by customer service I had the wrong policy, then was told by business representative that I had the right one, but I had already cancelled it, then couldn't renew it but didn't know that, so finally had someone tell me to reapply, but still couldn't get a response from customer service to tell me whether it was right or wrong and why the website wouldn't send anything to my email. Argh. People on the phone very nice once you got them."
