"This process is easy however I don't appreciate having to do it online. I tried to call for help but they were unable to help me. I didn't need the limit that the website gave so I called. The only way to lower the limit is to call once I have already paid so they can lower it. Then I will have to wait for any refund to be mailed to me. That seems like a lot of unnecessary work for all involved."
