Much too difficult to communicate with
"I have been on hold for more than an hour and failed to either speak with someone or even receive a call back when I leave a message. My card had expired and when I updated my card on the site and informed the office, I got no reply. It makes me worry about lack of response if I need to actually use the insurance. "
