"Phone confirmation with customer service did not fully answer my questions; when I asked about the policy in specific they were not knowledgeable enough about claims and details included in the policy."

"Easy to renew and affordable . Thank you "

"I was on the phone for 1 hour and 4 minutes before someone from HPSO provided me with service. When the supervisor came on the phone, she apologized for the wait time and said that Brittany, the service agent, was looking at someone else's account. I told Brittany multiple times that I had not let my policy lapse. Making the payment was easy, but it was difficult getting to this point."
