"I tried to pay via online checking to renew my policy. The payment was kicked back/refunded to my checking account. I tried contact the Lynnette to discuss the renewal, but the number provided is not active. I tried to renew through my account but it said I had no current charges. I had to go through the renewal tab on the home page of HPSO's website and enter my policy number to renew. Quite the cumbersome process in this day and age."
