"i tried phoning in to speak with an agent. I never got past the robot which asked me to answer questions and talked over my voice thereby not allowing me to offer my request. after multiple attempts I quit and never received an answer. when I went online to pay I was sent a code by email that I needed to use to pay my bill. when I retrieved the code the original email vanished. ultimately I needed to use my phone to retrieve the emailed code. I am not currently practicing but want to retain my license in case I need to return to work. i have paid you thousands of dollars over the years and would hope for a more user friendly system. BTW, i spoke with DORA yesterday, no problems. when you are more confusing than a government agency that is saying something. I would not recommend HPSO."
