Poor Communication
"I have been trying to contact your representative for weeks to ask some simple questions such as what is annual fee. Also to communicate that my debit card number had changed due to potential past fraud. I have sent emails and called. No response to emails and your telephone system is virtually useless due to inability to speak to a human."
