"i could barely understand the gentleman on the phone and i kept having to repeat everything. all he did was keep redirecting me to the website he was no help!"

"But at least they sent a link to renew a week after the policy expired... but STILL no way to save the card on file. lol! All I want to do is keep a card on file & have them auto/renew every year, but whenever the card expires, it's always a PITA to update the card. It's even the same card every year & all it needs is a new exp date & auth code!"

"I needed a quote and that is what I got and it was appropriate to my profession. no adjustments needed to my title and what I do. the other companies I looked into did not even have my profession title in their database. and the cost was based for a year and not a monthly payment. that was a relief.
