"Happy with the ease with which I could get insurance. However, the website was acting funny. It sometimes asked me the same questions over and at one point I was stuck because I didn't realize there was a drop down. "

"Selected same say coverage when I applied, then was not approved for 3 days and would not allowed for coverage as of original application date. Then I was told that my date of approval would be honored and when I went to submit the payment, it was only as of payment date. I was told that I could not, in fact, receive coverage as of approval date, only payment date. I am extremely dissatisfied. Form will not open on cell phone and I was on vacation, without access to a computer. "
