AI Without the I Part
"Customer Service Reps were great, but getting past the AI to get to them was nightmare. The automated system would just go into a loop and tell me what my coverage was, and then hang up on me. This happened 5 times! Left a voicemail at one point, and never received a call back. The system needs a reboot. "
