cyclical frustration
"Web site did not work very well at all. Kept sending me back in a circle to the beginning. Phone bot also went over the same recorded messages (long messages) over and over, and then sending me back. VERY frustrating. Your live representative Angela, saved the day. Can the phone bots and hire more real people!"
