"As I write this, I have been on hold with HPSO for 28 minutes and have yet to speak to a human. HPSO closes in 2 minutes. I was attempting to apply for professional liability insurance and the website kept stalling on the same section of the application for several minutes. Eventually on the 3rd or 4th attempt, starting from scratch, it went through to the next section of the application. I was supposed to receive 60% off the premium due to being a recent graduate, and I have no idea if I was given this discount or not as is was not reflected on the invoice. I have now been on hold for 31 minutes.."
