"I registered for insurance about a week ago but entered the wrong email. I couldn't confirm the purchase and tried to contact HPSO through email and phone but could not reach them. I am now going through the process again. If I am unable to contact HSPO concerning the previous application I will have to take action to cancel the first transaction and continue with the second."
