"Very good, though a bit cagey when describing different premiums. Example, re-activating vs. applying for same coverage going forward. In addition, your agent was unable to answer a question about definition of word in my policy. Ex. Pharmacist. What is considered compounding in a pharmacy. I asked if a process was considered compounding. All she did was re-read the question asking if I will compound. That's all she would do. Petty silly, huh? I think the agent(s) should know what the terms in a quote or discussion of plans. I asked specifically about a term as it is used as a factor in the amount the premium will be. In this case, is a process (reconstituting) medication considered compounding. Can be yes or no depending on which industry reference is chosen. Regarding liability products - legal standards, for people to get accurate coverage with the accurate premium. Even a quote."
