"Tried calling twice to reps when the website wouldn't take payment. 1st rep was clueless. 2nd rep sent me paper app. I finally came back a day later to my original browser and it worked. It's unbelievable that new policies cannot be taken over the phone. And the paper app that was sent referred me to the website for students!"
