Fairly simple, hard to get answers
"Overall a simple task to apply for insurance. I had a couple of questions that could have easily been included in the FAQ (one was related but the answer was sort of "beat around the bush"). No response to an email to customer service. Fairly long waits on hold when the answer should have been something the first person could give me. I'm hoping it continues to be positive overall as a customer of theirs."
