"Rates are raised without any warning or explanation of why. Emailed and got no response, called and after holding for 15 minutes, left a message for a call back. Of course the call back went to voicemail, and their message was to call the original number and start over. I get that the phone stuff is like this everywhere, but if you offer email help then do it. "
