"I tried every method to renew yesterday. I even spoke with someone from customer service who I could barley understand their accent was so strong and they spoke so slow it was annoying. The website was down and also the phone payment was not working. Waisted over 30 min just trying to make a payment. Absolutely ridiculous. Customer service used to be great. Now they just read from a script and dont listen to a word you say."
