inefficiency
"It was hard to find clarification on malplacement coverage. I called the number and the person who answered put me on hold and never came back. Twenty five minutes late the call automatically ended and when I called back the same person answered telling me the call got disconnected. I had to try three times to complete the online process because the "complete" button would not load. It took way too long. "

Need Some Coverage
"Upon reaching the payment screen, there is no "Accept" button or further instructions to complete the application/payment. It took me several tries before I just hit "Enter" after I filled in my C/C info. Then it completed the process. Rather confusing."
