"Trying to get information seemed impossible. I just needed to know whether to change my policy but could not get info online. It took an email and multiple phone calls to get to someone who could answer my questions. The email was not answered for several days. I finally made a decision and was planning to pay my premium but did not have access to renew for more than twenty four hours. I should be able to check rates and get clear answers without going through all of this. The website and customer service experience needs to be improved. "
