"Previously when I was insured by this company it was $35, now it has gone up to $85 which I think is ridiculous. I have to have insurance though so I choose this company because it is easy to navigate this site without having to call and ask questions. Good insurance for the price just wish it was still the $35 as it was 1 year ago."

"The website was down for a week of me trying to purchase insurance and they weren't able to help process the payment over the phone, which I can understand, but it added to the stress of finding affordable insurance"
