"I felt the process was lacking in customer service since I basically had to do all of the work and you receive all of the revenue. When I contacted your team, they just told me how to get it into the system properly and then told me I was on my own for the rest of the process. I don't get any information up front to show the coverages, until you have my monies. NOT a good way to start a relationship. "

"I am annoyed that I have to fill out a survey. I had to do this for the ACA as well, and I do not appreciate being forced to take this when I am in a hurry. I recommend sending this survey to someone's email instead, as they can fill it out at their leisure, when they are not in a hurry. "
