"individual on phone was terrible and couldn't understand her Asked for a supervisor and she would not comply Was supposed to have automatic renewal but that was botched also Could not log in so had to pay with policy # What a cluster"

Where is the respect and courtesy
"I have been with you for years and I was set on auto payment and my card was hacked so the number you had on record was compromised and cancelled and I didn’t even get a courtesy phone call to updated my information and now you charge me another $153 I will search for a new company soon "
