"first person I spoke with was from out of the country and transferred me without telling me why. The second person didnt know why I had been transferred. She was domestic. The time wait between these two persons why excessive, at least 15-20 minutes which was frustrating especially as there was a disconnect between the two people, the latter not knowing why I had been transferred.,"
